Whenever possible we offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders, though some costumes require some shipping charges due to large or bulky accessories. Orders are shipped from Washington state.
Expedited or Rush shipping can generally be accommodated at the buyer's expense. Please contact us via Message PRIOR to placing your order if you would like to explore this option.
Order Tracking
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a notice via your eBay notifications of the tracking number. Tracking numbers can also be found in your Order History for monitoring.
Returns
Returns are accepted at the buyer's expense. Please try on your costume as soon as it's received and let us know if you need to return or exchange your item right away, as costumes sell quickly. Returns will only be refunded if item is received by the seller unworn in all of it's original packaging without damage.
