This listing is for your choice of ONE vaccination card holder.
Each cardholder/protective sleeve measures approx. 3 3/4" x 4 3/4". Each sleeve will come with an attached split key ring and small swivel clasp, as pictured.
These will hold the standard US issued 3" x 4" vaccination record cards. Please make sure this is the correct size for your card, as some might be slightly larger.
They are made with a sturdy vinyl and have a clear vinyl window.
