    These 18414 pouches make the pouch portion of a
    2-piece
    Hollister UROSTOMY appliance.  To make a complete appliance you can wear, you would also need Hollister New Image barriers (wafers)
    that have
    2-3/4" rings.
    This offer does
    not
    include the barriers.
    The
    matching 2-3/4" rings
    would snap together -- similar to Tupperware lids. Understand that it is the New Image 2-3/4" ring
    barrier
    you purchase elsewhere which determines the adhesive type, the contour shape, and whether it is to be cut to fit or a particular pre-cut size to fit your stoma.
